Grove City Community
Residents showed up. Council listened. Now we're making the protection permanent.
What Happened
A Texas data center development company called Headwaters sought to build a 300+ acre data center campus on Rensch Road, on property between Rensch Rd and Beatty Rd, between St Rt 62 and Neff Rd. Part of the property sits in Grove City and part in Pleasant Twp, and the proposal raised significant concerns among residents of Grove City, Jackson Township, and Pleasant Township. Residents organized, showed up to council, and that project was turned away. But nothing in current law would stop a similar project from coming back tomorrow — which is why we’re working to get the Community Consent Amendment written into the Charter, so residents always have a real say before a project like this can move forward again.
Attend
Council meetings are open to the public. Residents have the right to speak on the record. Showing up matters; bring a neighbor.

Support the Fight
We're raising money to print yard signs, distribute flyers, and retain legal counsel to protect Grove City residents' rights. Every dollar goes directly to the fight.
